Letter
The author [possibly Zahra Sultan ‘Izzat al-Saltanah] conveys family news: Mahmud Khan and Ma‘sumah Khanum both have a cold and Aqa [Nizam al-Saltanah] is preparing for his trip to Kirman. She talks about Salar Muhtasham's telegrams from Tabriz and the unrest there. ‘Izzat al-Saltanah describes the renovations in the Baha’ al-Mulk's garden. On the opposite page there is a note in a different handwriting about choosing a place, probably for vacation.

Correspondence about property management
Includes greetings and discusses the delay in replying to the addressee due to the author's illness; asks for a permission to build a door in the garden to facilitate traffic; and in order to build the door the writer asks the addressee to tell Bihjat al-Saltanah to hire an architect to determine the price. The addressee's reply indicates there was a delay writing back due to the writer's illness; they approve the door request and Bihjat al-Saltanah bringing an architect to determine the price.
